The contact form collects the name, email address, selected topic, and message that you choose to send. The form also includes a hidden anti-spam field.

How the information is used

Your information is used to reply to your inquiry, support customer service, discuss wholesale or retail opportunities, and understand product questions. Sending a contact form does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails.

Where messages go

The included form handler routes submissions to test@gmail.com when the website is hosted on a server that supports PHP mail or an equivalent mail service.
